Project 4 -Bourne University Housing

This is a comprehensive proposal for student housing in multi-unit dwellings and faculty housing in detached dwellings. The prototype dwelling and comprehensive site plan will establish the highest density possible in accordance with the local zoning ordinances. The purpose of this project is to understand site analysis, planning, and contextual design. Bourne Mansion is a staple of the Oakdale Campus and should not lose its architectural integrity.
